Concrete Trampoline will be playing this Saturday at Hog Heaven
in New Philadelphia,Oh 1290 W. High St. for the Informerfest.

The Informer is a local enertainment magazine..

former CT drummer Jay Bair will be playing drums

our former r. guitarist Chad Yoder may play too

thanks to Eric Brooke for inviting us to play
and thanks to Jay and Chad..

we play at noon..get there early..stay late..check out the bands.

Jay is going to play a little while longer with us

thanks Jay we're still gonna have a big send off show

with special guest performances by Mumbles,Brady and Slick

no date set for that yet it will also be the release show

for the "Hollywood Idles" CD more on that later

Children of Reagan have joined SFL Records

they are a kick ass 2 bass guitar attack punk band

from Columbus welcome aboard C.O.R.

 

The HussieSkunk.com / SFL comp "Mullets and Alcoholics" is out

 

still in the studio finishing the recording of "Hollywood Idles" CD

Jay is leaving the band at the end of Dec.

look for a big CT send off party in Dec. at Colby and Co.

hopefully we'll get all past and present CT members to play

sometime after thanksgiving we'll be going back to the studio

to finish the "Hollywood Idles" CD .. no release date set

 

Nov. 15th show with The Facials was awesome if you weren't there

you missed a really good band and a really good time

& thanks Randy from Unrestrained ,Mike from The Facials

and Mac for some extra vox

 

Nov. 22nd Chewy will be cheering on Michigan

while the rest of the band past and present

will be cheering on Ohio State

Chewy has left Not the Jacksons and is now only in CT

Our song "Where's my Winnie Cooper" will be on the SKRATCH Vol. 17 compilation, "WHAT'D YOU EXPECT FOR FREE VOL.17"

Skratch magazine is one of the largest free punk rock mags

the compilation will be distributed for free on west coast Warped Tour dates we will also have an ad in the magazine

Goldfinger and H20 were on some of the past Skratch compilations!

 

also we are playing at Colby and Co. May 24th 10pm

Canal Days weekend. In the front not in the back!

The city of Dover shut down the Cave so we won't be playing there.

CT NEWS JULY 2002

Obviously the new website is news..but other than that Marc and I just went and checked out the Cave in Dover..Cool place (to play) pretty hot inside........The Indigents , Narcoleptics X5 , Legbone and The Malignants and some other bands that we didn't see played..All the bands put on a great show..Hope to have a show there soon....Speaking of that I just talked to Drew the other day and we are trying to get a show booked at Colby and Co. in Dover with The Indigents and possibly Not The Jacksons more on that when we know more..We've been in the studio recording our first full length CD ( no title yet)..I'll have pics from the studio on here soon Brady even came back and sang a few songs on the disc..No release date yet all I can tell you is soon.The Midgard Comics show was pretty cool.We played with Absense of Envy and Alli with an I (great band from N.C.)....
